G AND M COSMETICS CELEBRATES IT'S 22ND BIRTHDAY WITH HIGH TEA AND A BEHIND THE SCENES FACTORY TOUR

I recently was invited to GandM Cosmetics 22th Birthday celebration.  I was greeted by a lovely high tea spread as well as a guided behind the scenes factory tour of their products.

I had no idea that GandM Cosmetics have been around for so long!  An Australian made and owned company, products that I constantly spotted at supermarkets and stores but didn't connect the two.  Products that mum would buy to gift to family when travelling overseas.  So when I was invited to hear more about the history behind the brand I couldn't wait to attend.

GandM Cosmetics is a renowned, organic and ISO 9001 certified skincare company having been manufacturing and selling to national and global retailers since 1996. A family run business that produces high quality Australian Creams range and the Australian Oils Bio Essence range with premium grade natural active ingredients like Lanolin Oil, Macadamia Oil, Avocado Oil, Emu Oil, Goats Milk, Kakadu Plum and Eucalyptus Oil (to name a few).  They have an extensive selection of products from 8 different ranges to suit any skin concerns

We all got to see, feel and learn about each range.  So here is a brief rundown about their ranges.

This range offers excellent value for money and is suitable for everyday use for the whole family. These products are lightweight and non greasy and are suitable to use both face and body.

Available at supermarkets, and selected discount department stores.
This range offers skincare with superior formulations. It is Paraben free and Mineral Oil free with Mineral Oil being replaced with Sunflower Oil and Sweet Almond Oil. Packaging is quite similar except it's distinct gold lid.

Available only at pharmacies.

Dr V is their in-house PhD Chemist who created this premium derma pharmacy range, specifically developed for sensitive and problem skin like eczema and psoriasis, to soothe, restore and nourish. The range offers a variety of lotions and body washes that are very gentle on the skin and is suitable for any age including babies.

The entire range is made from botanical extracts, essential oils and are free from Petrochemicals, Parabens, Formaldehydes, Sulphates, Phthalates, synthetic fragrances and artificial colouring.

Available only at pharmacies.

This is a premium range offering highly concentrated formulations that contain natural 100% organic oils. This range is free from Parabens, Mineral Oils, artificial fragrance and colour free and is not tested on animals.

This range can be used on skin, scalp and hair.  The basis of this range was to be able to provide the consumer with the maximum percentage of active ingredient, that the skin can naturally and safely absorb, without leaving a residue on the skin or causing irritation.

These products come in the form of a spray mist for convenience.

After the High Tea and presentation we were guided through the laboratory and manufacturing warehouse.  Dr. V explaining the process behind developing and making the skincare.
