Growing up I absolutely loved stationery especially anything with colour, and still do!  Fortunately for me my son shares the same passion so when I was recently invited to review the new Smash stationery range we were super excited.

SMASH Enterprises, known for their awesome lunchbox designs and accessories, have released a NEW stationery range. There are four design collections to choose from - Other Realm, Urban Graphic, Paint and Play and Neo Galaxy.  My son and I selected Urban Graphic.

My son J is almost 11, his taste in stationery has recently started to change and he wanted something that was littler more grown up but still fun and colourful. So we selected Urban Graphic. Super surprised at the size of the parcel, I had no idea we were being sent almost the entire collection.

J was so excited he started laying out the stationery on his desks and clearing room in his drawer. There were folders, notepads, rulers, post-it notes and twistable erasers to name a few. The range is fun and colourful and inspiring that you want to be at your desk.

I couldn't not find anything that I disliked about this collection, its a sure winner.  There is one thing that was a little annoying, the stickers on the folders and magazine holder.  They were extremely hard to remove. It may not bother some but I like to remove stickers for items. Hopefully this will improve with their next release.

The quality is unquestionable. Sturdy and well-made. When I found out the price range for the collection I was extremely surprised.  Prices start from $2 and up to $8 per item. Personally I would like to mix the ranges up a bit.  You don't have to buy just range. I would add some Neo Galaxy with this Urban Graphic. The combination and choices are endless.

Check out the entire range below.  These are available now at Big W.
