The Chemistry Brand is another innovative brand under Deciem's umbrella. A first time for me, I was super excited to be introduced to this brand as I have heard loads of positive things about it. So after receiving these products I wasted no time road-testing these two.
Hand Chemistry Cream
This multi-functional hand cream targets 8 signs of hand ageing simultaneously. It works by improving the looks of firmness, elasticity, density, evenness, brightness, texture, smoothness and hydration.
It contains a biotechnological derivative of the mushroom, Tremella Fuciformis Sporocarp, shown to be 400 x more moisturising than Hyaluronic Acid. In addition, Sacha Inchi oil and Maize Propanediol work together to form a protective moisture barrier, ensuring that the skin is able to hold on to the moisture.
There is a sweet scent that is subtle but noticeably delicious. It is non-greasy leaving hands feeling soft and supple with no sticky residue. Results of moisture are seen almost immediately and with exceptional visible results seen in 11 days with continuous use.
Hyaluronic Concentrate for the Body
This is definitely different to the body creams I am used to using. A formula I have not come across before and something that is suitable for both Winter and and especially Summer. Contains an extraordinary high concentration of nature-like hyaluronic acid, suspended in a base of skin-supporting red algae and tamarind. This helps retain hydration while enhancing visible texture and delivery of actives to the skin.
This Hyaluronic Concentrate formula is a gel. It is lightweight, quick drying and scent-free. I have found it to be both effective and a delight to use keeping my skin hydrated all day.
As the weather is warming up I tend to avoid heavier moisturisers but with sun and sea exposure my skin still tends to get dry and with this gel moisturiser it combats the dryness without the stickiness.
The Hand Chemistry retails for $35.00 and the Hyaluronic Concentrate retails for $50.00 and is available at their Boutique store at The Rocks, Sydney. For more info visit their website here.
