REVIEW: REAL TECHNIQUES BRUSH CLEANSING SYSTEM

Now if they haven't excited us enough with their amaze balls Real Techniques Bold Metals Collection™ brushes, they have now released the next big thing in brush cleaning.

The Real Techniques Makeup Brush Cleansing system compliments the sleek high-end bold Metals brush range, by working to clean the brushes, returning them to a soft, luxurious, fresh new feel.

Makeup Brush Cleanser

The new Makeup Brush Cleanser is designed for deep cleaning, with the cleansing power of a concentrate. The laboratory proven formula works to effectively remove the makeup you can see and even impurities you can’t see, for a new brush clean.

Containing no alcohol or phthalates and dermatologically tested for gentleness, the Makeup Brush Cleanser is quick and easy to use, simply apply and rinse. What’s more is it’s safe to use on all Real Techniques Brushes.

The gel is clear in colour and has a thick consistency with a subtle pleasant fragrance.

Brush Cleansing Palette

Great application starts with a clean brush. When used with the Makeup Brush Cleanser the new Brush Cleansing Palette helps sweep away makeup, oil and impurities from bristles to give a truer, more consistent application.

Made from high performance grade silicon, lightweight and ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in your hand. The exclusive multi-textured surfaces, work to gently move between the bristles for an enhanced deep cleansing.

The Makeup Brush Cleaner fits comfortable in your hand so there is no mess or wobbly accidents when cleaning brushes.

There are three sections on the palette.  Small dots are for small brushes, crosses are for medium size brushes and the large dots are for large brushes.

All you need is a 5 cent coin size of the cleanser and warm water.  Swirl brush into the gel and water across the various surfaces until the brush is clean.  Rinse bristles thoroughly.  Be careful not to immerse the base of the bristles. Squeeze out the excess water and rest your brushes across a surface of the tool to air dry.
